We travel to the groves of the producer whose extra virgin olive oil we use, to the fields of the farms whose poultry and meats we use, and to the pastures and cellars of the cheesemakers whose cheeses we feature. We're in the produce market every morning at 4am. We work with local fishermen. We smoke our own seafood, craft our own charcuterie and award-winning pâté, and make all of our own desserts, cakes and pastries. We serve locally made bread and locally roasted coffee.
